Heritage Centre Chairman Richard Poad succcessfully completed the 13-mile Maidenhead Boundary Walk on Sunday 7th October to raise money for the museum. It was a perfect day for walking: dry and sunny, but not too warm, and he was pleased with his time of 4hrs 30 mins. He is even more pleased with the fantastic level of support he has been receiving, both before and since the walk. By October 13th, the total sponsorship has reached £1650, which is simply wonderful.
